When our neck is not aligned correctly, the nerves in the cervical spine can become compressed causing stiffness in the muscles supporting the neck, which in turn will cause neck pain. Over time, this pain cycle can become more severe, and will decrease the general movement of the head and neck.
Where does my neck pain come from?

Forward head posture will overloading the neck muscles.
Bad postural habits.
Seated for long periods in either car or at work.
Accidents (whiplash) or improper repetitive movements.
