“Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance. It’s helping them to learn rather than teaching them.”
Timothy Gallwey

What is coaching and why we need it:
Coaching is a confidential and trust-based relationship with a client, who wants:
• To find direction in life
• To understand himself better and find blind spots
• To improve leadership skills
• To enhance his performance and accomplish set goals
• To boost overall well being
• Has an issue and wants to prevent it from becoming a full-blown problem

Studies show that 80% of people who receive coaching report increased self-confidence, and over 70% benefit from improved work performance, relationships, and more effective communication skills. (source: ICF 2009).

Coaching can help by:

1. Define Goals

Working with a coach, a person has an opportunity to define goals in a realistic way. A coach can assist in setting these goals and then an individual can consistently work towards them. This increases the likelihood that the goals will be achieved.

2. Overcome Challenges

Having a coach gives the individual a safe place to go and talk through sensitive issues. They can then gain perspective without feeling pressured, overcome personal challenges, increase life satisfaction and motivation.

Studies show: Coaching can improve..
