Born in Rivoli in the province of Turin.
Once I finished high school, I found myself wondering how I wanted to pursue my life path, and to the question “What is it that I really like?” the only answer I could find was “food.”
That is why I decided to pursue the university path as a Dietitian, and after 3 years of hard work, sacrifice and more than 1,500 hours of internship, I graduated with honors.
After finishing university I decided to focus on work, and my first real experience came from winning a scholarship that allowed me to work in the ASL of the city of Turin with diabetic patients.
In the meantime I became interested in nutrition in sports, and I started working at the Institute of Sports Medicine in Turin at which I follow the youth sector of the TORINO FC soccer team. Also in this area, I write sports and nutrition articles in the newspaper “La Gazzetta dello Sport.”
I am also part of the team of Dietitians of the Italian Celiac Association Piedmont (AIC), and I follow children with celiac disease on their path to diagnosis.
A year after graduation, I realized that in our field, supplementation is crucial, so I decided to pursue further studies in Science
of Human Nutrition specializing in Nutraceuticals.
I am happy to embark on this new path together with the team of the Studio Chiropratica Benessere in Turin, and guide you with nutrition, toward a state of
physical and mental well-being.
