Born in Pinerolo in the province of Turin. I was a ballet and contemporary dancer for the first twenty years of my life. The dance taught me to cultivate the love for well-being and balance, and to see with the critical eye the problems of eating disorders that unfortunately are often “fed” in this world.
The love for healthy food and the dream of becoming a Nutritionist grew along with me.
After finishing Classical High School, I was enrolled in the Biological Sciences Faculty at the University of Turin.
After my first degree, I continued my studies in Italy and abroad specializing in Human Nutrition.
In 2019 I left for Copenhagen, where I did an internship and my experimental thesis. My scientific research from that period focused on the intestinal microbiota and the fundamental importance of preserving its balance for the children and the adults’ health. In Denmark, as well as having cycled a lot, I met a “new food culture” based on sustainability and deep respect for the environment.
I decided to go back and work in Italy because I believe in my dreams and I love the place where I was born.
So I finished my studies and I passed the State Exam becoming a Nutritionist Biologist (enrolled in the Professional Register section A, order number AA_086126).
To keep my scientific preparation alive and up-to-date and work in contact with the youngest, in the academic year 2020-2021 I was a professor of biology in a Turin school to prepare for the admission test to the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery.
I draw up personalized nutritional plans, because nutrition and supplementation are extremely subjective. I believe in the importance of a diet designed for the person and in the relationship of trust and collaboration with those who rely on my work.
